Note: This skin will only work properly with winamp version 2.XX. Winamp 3.0 and above won't be able to display the full skin.

1.Save the file to your hard disk.

2.Go to C:\Program Files\Winamp\Skins 
Copy the file to this directory.

3.Start Winamp. Right-click anywhere on the main screen, select "Skins", then "NUS1.0"(The figure below illustrates this step). Lo and behold the backgroud of winamp has changed! You are done with it!

注意：该Skin只能在Winamp 2.XX版本上正确运行，Winamp3或以上版本无法显示全部Skin。

1.把文件下载到硬盘上

2.将文件移到下面这个文件夹里
C:\Program Files\Winamp\Skins

3.开启Winamp，在主屏幕上右按鼠标，选择“Skins”，然后选“NUS1.0”（如图示），单击一下就行了！

Why I Make This Skin?

There are lots of University Theme Skins on Nullsoft website. even Malaysia has quite a number of skins for their renowned Universities. But I don't find any NUS, not even many Singapore-related skins after half an hour's search. I hope this NUS skin would be a good start :)

我在Winamp的网站上找到了美国日本马来西亚众大学的主题Skin，却找不到新加坡大学的，就连跟新加坡相关的Skin也只有个MRT的东东，希望我提交的这张Skin能成为一个很好的开始 :)

Yes, and the difference is quite drastic to someone who works in the field of music. When mp3s are being made, they have to undergo a series of deletion and compression. This is done by a tool called the encoder. Popular encoders include Bladec (outshines all the others in high bit rate above 192!), Lame, Frauhofer(ruler of low frequency) and Xing(fast one but u have to bear with the output quality). On the other hand, in order to play these mp3 files, we will need something to decompress it. The something is called a decoder. Just like the encoders, there are dozens of decoders on the internet and they works really differently from one another. The one that is being used in Winamp has gone through many tests and is so far one of the best around.

差别很大！常搞音乐的人一下子就能听出不同。制作mp3需要用到encoder，目前市面上最棒的encoder有Bladec，Lame和Frauhofer，不同的Encoder以不同的方式将音乐压缩成为mp3文件，播放这些文件需要一个Decoder，而不同的Decoder处理文件的方式大相径庭，Winamp就是这些Decoder中最为出众的一款。
