Solution 2  解决方案二 (for midi)
On the top of the IE Explorer you will see this message bar as below "This website wants to run..."
在IE网页上方会出现一条如下信息 "This website wants to run..."

Click on the bar and then click "Run Add on". Windows Media Player will be launched and play the music.
用鼠标点该信息，选择"Run Add-on". 视窗自带的多媒体播放器将会开启并播放音乐.
